Orders received on a Weekend or Bank Holiday will be picked and dispatched within 1-2 working days. RETURNS POLICYReturns Policy for Dog Food & Treats We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your purchase! If you need to return something, we’re here to help. Please take a look at our returns policy below: Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll resolve the issue for you quickly. To help us assess the situation, we may ask for photos of the damaged or incorrect items. Change of Mind: If you’ve changed your mind and the item is unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. For returns due to a change of mind, the return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please contact us first via email at bark@thepoochshed.com before returning the item. We recommend using a tracked and insured service to ensure your return arrives safely. Pick 'n' Mix & Bespoke Boxes: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on pick 'n' mix or bespoke boxes as these items are not sealed. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food or treats that are custom-picked or specially prepared. How to Return Your Item: Damaged or Incorrect Items: If there’s an issue with your order, please get in touch, and we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund. Change of Mind: If the product is unopened and you’ve changed your mind, or if it’s still in its original packaging, we can accept the return within 14 days.
